Kampala is a lovely place and I'm enjoying it thoroughly. But I work in the village slums, which may be vibrant and youthful, but impoverished slums nevertheless. I feel fortunate to not exist there. Perhaps you didn't explore Kampala beyond the muzungo locales. As far as rapidly changing, I certainly hope so, that's why I'm here! Ben,
