Thank you Robert, John, Ulrike, Booper, Miriam, Lander. Michelle, Susie and Dylan for reading my post and taking the time to share your thoughts. It’s an honor for me to write about my Kiva Fellow experiences, but more importantly, its a duty. The people we meet don’t have a voice and I view it as an obligation to express their situation as honestly and accurately as I can, and hopefully in a way that enlightens, educates, inspires and entertains. Thank you for supporting Kiva!

The statistics are staggering that you have shared.
What an inspiration Magdelena's story is with all it's emotional ups and downs one goes thru just while reading it let alone living it.
She is a shining example, with help, hard work and a belief in yourself that one can achieve anything even in the face of all that is impossible that is standing in your way and trying to stop you from achieving your deams. Your organization is a life changing helper and you hug the world. We all can be hero's in our own way. Magdelena is a hero and you helped her get there. Press on Bill, you are on your right path and I look forward to your next post. L&K-Susie

Hi Bill,

I found Magdelena's struggles and successes so uplifting given the brutal statistics you lay out. Thanks for your thoughtful work and for your kind comment. Hope the backpack's working out for you :)
