Unfortunately Sub-Sahara Africa has never been known to be peaceful. The tribal instinct is just to strong. The hope that a Kenyan-American as President of the US will be an example to a peaceful election anywhere in Africa is a pipe dream. One can always hope for peaceful transitions of power in Africa but experience says it won't happen. And yet again the people of Africa will suffer.
