Hello,

I found your list post very funny, made me laugh out loud. It is interesting as things change they stay the same. I was an exchange student to Yugoslavia from 1986-87 and found many of the same observations as you did many years ago. The Balkans is a place that can definitely get under one's skin. Your posts and video blogs definitely gave a fresher face and outlook to the Balkans--yeah you!

All the best,
Suzanne Till

Milena,

Thank you so much for your video updates. I really enjoy how you leave the audio in their own voice and allow us to read a translation.

Oh, and your list was hilarious. I guess you really better be feeling lucky when you buy a lottery ticket...19 numbers?!? Holy cow!

Keep up the great work,
Lily

Funny, I've seen them mix wine and coke here in Tanzania too. Must be a world-wide thing (except for the U.S.)
