Change can be very good when done for the right reasons and with responsible planning. Growth in efficiency and sustainability is essential for Kiva's partners to continue to fight the good fight. We send our best wishes for success. And thank you for the updates on Ghana elections. Ghana has been a shining light to other countries and we hope peace will continue. Jan
